Dear President Vicente Fox Quesada:


I am writing this letter to inform you that I am aware that hundreds of women have been killed in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua since 1993. And that the killings and disappearances of young women continue to this date.

I am respectfully requesting that you put a stop to these crimes and that your government take the following actions;

• To further investigate the crimes and respond in writing to the victims' families.
• Put an end to the impunity of the murders and punish the guilty, whomever they may be.
• Demand that your government search for all disappeared women, living and dead, and account to the victims' families.
